APHA is the largest association of the physically handicapped adults in Pakistan located in the biggest and the busiest city of the country Karachi.
It is an association formed and run by the handicapped themselves on honorary basis and is engaged in the rehabilitation and welfare of disabled persons specially physically handicapped.
